Ordering

Where's my confirmation?

When you place your order, your confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when you entered in your details. If your order has been processed, but you haven't received a confirmation then please send an email to hello@jdrt.com and we will get back to you straight away!

Why isn't my order going through?

If you receive an error message after you place your order, please make sure you review your credit card details including the number, expiry date and CVC code. Also make sure your address and billing information is correct. Please only click the “Place My Order” button once to avoid multiple your credit card being charged multiple times. If you continue to receive error messages, please get in contact with us at hello@jdrt.com

Can I change my order?

Please get in contact with us immediately if you need to change your order. We process all orders within two hours. Once it leave our distribution centre we are unable to make any changes.

Can I add anything to my order?

If you need to add anything to your order, please get in contact with us and we'll endeavour to make the changes, however once we've processed it and it leaves our distribution centre we are unable to alter the order.

Shipping

How long will my JDRT take to reach me?

This depends on where you live. All orders are dispatched from Sydney and if your shipping address is in Australia then it should take no longer than 3 business days. If your shipping address is anywhere outside of Australia then it should take no longer than 10 days.

Can I get my JDRT shipped via express post?

Absolutely! Just select express shipping when you checkout and we'll package your JDRT up and have it to you as soon as possible.

Is there free shipping?

Yes. We have free global shipping. For everyone. Everywhere. Forever!

Returns

What if I have a problem with my JDRT Watch?

Please get in contact with us immediately. We want to make sure that each and every JDRT arrives in top condition and we will make sure that we solve whatever problem there may be.
